Ryan Bridges is a dedicated educator, coach, and athletic administrator with a long-standing commitment to high school athletics in Northwest Indiana.
A 2007 graduate of Griffith High School, Bridges went on to play collegiate baseball at Purdue University from 2007 to 2012, developing both his athletic and leadership skills at the Division I level.
Following his playing career, Bridges returned to his alma mater to begin his coaching journey. He served as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Griffith High School from 2013 to 2016, helping mentor student-athletes and contribute to the development of the program.
In 2017, Bridges was named Head Baseball Coach at Hanover Central High School. During his tenure from 2017 to 2022, he built a highly competitive program highlighted by a State Championship appearance in 2021.
In 2022, Bridges transitioned into athletic administration and currently serves as the Athletic Director at Hanover Central High School. In this role, he oversees the school’s athletic programs while continuing to support student-athletes, coaches, and the broader school community.
Colin Small currently serves as the Head JV White Coach at Lake Central High School. In Fall 2025, he worked as an Assistant Coach for the Chicago Cubs Scout Team. Over the past two years, Small has also served as Head Coach for three different 5 Star teams while building a strong reputation as an infield instructor, a role he has held for the past four years and recently stepped into as a lead instructor.
As a player, Small was the Bajenski Award winner at Mount Carmel High School before continuing his collegiate baseball career at Heidelberg University and previously played for teams in the Region Collegiate League.
